🎉🏫 We are still basking in the glory of celebrating not one, but two groundbreaking ceremonies this week! The ceremonies kicked off construction for both Crescent Harbor Elementary and Hand-in-Hand/HomeConnection/OHVA schools that will be built entirely through state and federal grants. Our recap video captures the historic moment for Oak Harbor Public Schools, NAS Whidbey Island, the State of Washington and United States.
