Those Stanwood girls with a statement win in the opening round tonight against a good Seattle Prep squad, paced by 22 pts from Jazmyn Legg and 20 pts from Ellalee Wortham. 
With the win, the Spartans move on to the quarterfinals and will play next at 9am on Thursday 3/6 at the Tacoma Dome. More details to come.
