The Voter Interests Project introduces our Candidate Interviews 2023 series with two interviews of candidates for Oak Harbor City Council, Position 4. We invited Wismine D’Avilar, John Chaszar, and Barbara Armes to do interviews to give you insight into who these people are, why they are running for the City Council, and what they hope to accomplish in office. Mr. Chaszar and Mrs. Armes accepted our offer; Ms. D’Avilar did not respond to our request.
