ELECTIONS: Candidate Interviews 2023 [VIDEO] (VOTER INTERESTS)

With the primary election complete, the Voter Interests Project continues its Candidate Interviews 2023 series. 44 offices around Island County are on the ballot in November. 67 candidates filed for these offices during Filing Week in May and we requested interviews from all of them to provide you with the information you need to cast your ballot this fall. These half-hour interviews are designed to give you some insight into these candidates, why they are running and what they hope to accomplish in office.

We post interviews once we have responses from all of the candidates in a race, or when the ballots begin to arrive on Oct. 19, 2023. The links below will take you to all of the interviews we have posted. Check back as the election season continues for additional interviews.
