The Voter Interests Project continues our Candidate Interviews 2023 series with an interview of a candidate for Cemetery District No. 2 Commissioner, Position 1. We invited Patty Blouin and Loann Gulick to do interviews to give you insight into who these people are, why they are running, and what they hope to accomplish in office.
