NORTH WHIDBEY: Accepting Nominations for Commissioner, Position 4 (NWPPRD)

The Board of Commissioners for the North Whidbey Pool, Park, and Recreation District formally announces an opening for the position of Commissioner, Position 4. We are actively seeking nominations from the public to identify candidates who can fill this role. 

The deadline for submitting nominations is Friday, January 19, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

Individuals interested in being considered for the position are encouraged to complete the volunteer application.  Applicants must reside within the District boundaries and be registered voters. 

Interviews for the Commissioner, Position 4 position will take place during the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners on January 25, 2024. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 6:00 p.m. Following the interviews, the Board will make a selection and administer the oath of office to the chosen candidate.
