    1. Approve the minutes of the June 13, 2024 Workshop/Executive Board Meeting. 
    2. Approve:

      2. Accounts Payable Warrant Numbers 84464  through 84516, totaling $154,324.06.
      3. Accounts Payable Warrant Numbers 84517 through 874577, totaling $132,109.03.

    4. Approve Resolutions 2024-04 through 2024-09 regarding duties of the new Superintendent Shannon Leatherwood. Adopt Resolutions 2024-04 through 2024-09 empowering and authorizing Shannon Leatherwood, effective July 1, 2024, to conduct the necessary business of the district. 
      1. 2024-04 authorizing the use of the facsimile signature of Shannon Leatherwood
      2. 2024-05 authorizing warrant signatures
      3. 2024-06 authorizing Superintendent Shannon Leatherwood or Business Manager Brian Gianello to invest District funds as they become available
      4. 2024-07 designating Shannon Leatherwood as Superintendent and as the District Agent. 
      5. 2024-08 designating Shannon Leatherwood, Superintendent and Brian Gianello, Business Manager, as Auditing Officers of the District
      6. 2024-09 designating Shannon Leatherwood, Superintendent, as the District Claims Agent
