SOUTH WHIDBEY RECORD: Public feedback on proposed Port of Coupeville tax levy remains positive

The Port of Coupeville is proposing to create an Industrial Development District that will encompass all the land in the entire port district. The creation of this district will allow the board members to raise taxes without going to the ballot.

On the Ballot in November 2021 – Port of Coupeville:

  • District 2 – John Mishasek – Incumbent running unopposed
  • District 3 – Patrick Kennedy vs Mike Seraphinoff – Incumbent Mohammad Mostafavinassab is not running
