Transparency and community engagement are crucial for any effective leader. A county commissioner should be accessible and responsive to the needs and concerns of their constituents. They should prioritize open communication, actively seek input from the community, and be transparent about their decision-making processes.

I love getting out to every event I possibly can in this county to talk to so many of you. It’s a county commissioner’s job to find their way to you, or at least what matters to you… and not the other way around. It’s the reason I’m running— because that was not what I’ve experienced and I aim to get elected to change that for you.

We’re only eligible in the district we live in because we should already have an idea of what issues we are all facing, together 🤝
