Here is a graph from the Housing Needs Assessment plan we are going over in todays meeting. I think we can all agree rent prices are through the roof (we are working on solutions…hence going over the plan today). I will say I was a little surprised to see Oak Harbor, at slightly below the county, and less than the state as a whole.
