62 year old Phillip MATTHEWS was last contacted on September 1, 2024, 10pm at his residence in the area of Crescent Harbor Road in Oak Harbor.
Phillip is 5’2, 155lbs with brown eyes and brown hair. No description of his clothing is available and his vehicle is still at his residence.
