Next week, Oak Harbor Public Schools will send out a Federal Impact Aid Program Survey Form in ParentSquare. It’s quick, confidential, and absolutely essential that every family completes this form, even if you are not in the military or employed on federal property. Visit www.ohsd.net/ImpactAid for more information.
Starting October 1, the local school district will send out Federal Impact Aid Program Survey Forms in ParentSquare. All DoD service members, civilian personnel and contractors are strongly urged to complete the Federal Survey Card as soon as possible. Completing the Impact Aid Survey benefits you, your families and your school district.
Impact Aid is the Federal Government’s reimbursement to school districts due to the presence of nontaxable Federal property. This Impact Aid survey provides important information to the Federal Government that will determine how much Impact Aid funding the local schools are eligible to receive. The local schools rely on the Impact Aid funds to financially support programming for students such as special education, transportation, and instructional support that are in direct service to the children.
