SSB 5496: An act relating to health professional monitoring programs by clarifying the application of the programs and confidentiality protections for program participants, and updating terminology, definitions, and references.
Status: Passed unanimously by Senate; referred to House Committee on Health Care & Wellness.
SB 5518: An act relating to the occupational therapy licensure compact
Status: Passed unanimously by Senate.
SSB 5882: An act relating to clarifying the existence of riparian stock watering rights
Status: Substitute version passed out of Senate Committee on Agriculture, Water, Natural Resources & Parks by a vote of 4-2 on Feb. 3, 2022; on second reading in Senate Rules committee.
SB 5939: Replacing the long-term services and supports trust program with affordable and optional long-term insurance coverage.

SJM 8001: Requesting various entities assist state and local governments in Washington with monitoring and mitigating PFAS contamination of surface water and groundwater.
