Topics of interest include: a public hearing and vote on ordinance 771, which would allow the Town to grant adjustments to water bills for customers who have “experienced a leak and have repaired the same”; adoption of the draft Shoreline Master Plan update; approve a Sea Level Rise Assessment Grant from the state Department of Ecology to “hire a qualified consultant to review existing sea level rise resources and lead the vulnerability assessment”; and a discussion of enforcement of the Town’s Sewer Code requiring residents to hook up to the town’s sewer system within six months of a sewer main being installed in front of their property.
