Topics of interest include: votes on ordinances to set uniform policies for citizen commissions and to adjust the council’s meeting start time; an update on the building permit moratorium from Councilmember Rhonda Salerno; a presentation on the Coles Valley planned unit development; a presentation on service improvement options from Island Transit; a presentation from the Climate Crisis Action Committee; a proposal from Councilmember Harolynne Bobis to establish a $20 per hour minimum wage for all full-time permanent city staff; and a request by Mayor Scott Chaplin for feedback on his proposal to hire consultants to assist in applying for state and federal grant money and other tasks.
