Sen. Muzzall serves as the Republican caucus’s Vice Chair, and is the ranking member on the Senate Health & Long Term Care Committee. He is also a member of the Senate’s Rules Committee and Ways & Means Committee.

Rep. Gilday is the Assistant Ranking Minority Member on the House’s Civil Rights & Judiciary Committee and Housing, Human Services & Veterans Committee, and also serves on the Capital Budget Committee and Rules Committee.

Rep. Paul is the Vice Chair of the House Community & Economic Development Committee and is also a member of the College & Workforce Committee and the Transportation Committee.

2022 Session Cutoff Date

Last day to read in opposite house committee reports (pass bills out of committee and read them into the record on the floor) from House fiscal committees and Senate Ways & Means and Transportation committees.

2022 Session Cutoff Calendar

Monday, February 28 is the end of committee work for the 2022 session: by the end of the day, any bill that has not passed out of the committees is dead for the session. From here out, the work is mainly discussing (and voting on) bills on the floor of the House and Senate.
