🎉 Congratulations to Hillcrest Elementary School for receiving the 2024 Culture Kickoff Award from the Association of Washington Student Leaders (AWSL) and the Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP). The award recognizes schools who foster strong school culture and community!
“With a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement, Hillcrest Elementary has established itself as a model for community engagement,” said the associations’ leadership in a letter to Superintendent Dr. Michelle Kuss-Cybula. The letter also outlined the school’s powerful philosophy of “student first” and how it resonates throughout the building, staff and leadership.
