Schools play an important role in the overall health and well-being of our community — and the Stanwood-Camano School District is proud to partner with Island County Public Health in supporting students, families, and residents across Camano and Whidbey Islands.
Island County Public Health is inviting residents to help identify local health priorities for the next Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) — a five-year roadmap that will guide how public health resources are focused in our region.
Drop in anytime to explore findings from the county’s new Community Health Assessment, learn about local health trends that impact families, and share your ideas about what matters most to our community’s well-being.
If you can’t attend in person, look for an online feedback form on the county website.
