ELECTIONS 2025: League of Women Voters Oct. 2025 Oak Harbor City Council candidate forum [VIDEO]
The League of Women Voters Whidbey Island (LWVWI) hosted a forum for Oak Harbor City Council candidates via Zoom on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025. The following candidates were invited:
- Position 4: Barbara Armes
- Position 5: Brit Kraner and James P. Marrow
- Position 6: Sandi Peterson and Andy Plumlee
- Position 7: Bryan Stucky
Barbara Armes and Brit Kraner did not participate.
Candidates were asked about the Oak Harbor Marina, homelessness, climate change, infrastructure project financing, collaboration and trust, and economic development. They were also allowed two minutes each for closing statements.
