🎉 Playground Premiere at South Whidbey Elementary! 🌟

Today was an exciting day on campus — the fences came down and students finally got to explore their brand-new playground!

Thanks to our supportive South Whidbey community and the passing of the 2023 bond, students now have access to inclusive, engaging play structures designed for everyone. From climbing, spinning, and sliding to tetherball, gaga ball, basketball, hopscotch, and even a rideable salmon — there’s something for every student to enjoy! 🎈🐟

The smiles said it all. One student summed it up perfectly:
 “This is amazing!” 😄💙
