If CMS ran on magic, Lisa Yoder would be the wizard behind it all. Or, more accurately… the Yoda. 🟢✨
Step into Lisa’s office, and you’ll immediately notice the Star Wars love—especially the many wise, green, and powerful reminders of the character she resonates with most: Yoda. And honestly? It fits. Like the legendary Jedi Master, Lisa is calm under pressure, full of wisdom, and always there to guide those who need help.
Her colleagues describe her as:
💙 Reliable, compassionate, proactive, patient, resourceful, adaptable, fun, kind, inclusive, dedicated, and—above all—unstoppable.
She knows every student by name and takes the time to know their stories, offering them a safe, calm, and welcoming space. Whether it’s handling first-day locker chaos, supporting overwhelmed students, or problem-solving on the fly, Lisa does it all with patience, kindness, and an efficiency that defies logic. No task is too big. No detail too small. Do, or do not—there is no try.
