FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Oak Harbor Police assisted partners during an incident earlier this morning. Officers responded to a kidnapping in Oak Harbor involving an armed suspect who was linked to an officer-involved shooting in Island County.
The incident ended in Snohomish County and is under investigation by SMART teams. No further details are available at this time.
