Ballots are out, but many still haven’t been returned.

Right now, turnout is tracking well below normal for a school election.

If your ballot is sitting on the counter or in your car, please take a moment to turn it in.

Ballot drop boxes are open 24/7 at nearby locations:

• Stanwood (by the library) — 9701 271st St NW
• Camano Island (at the County Admin building)— 121 N. East Camano Drive
• Silvana (by Peace Lutheran Church) — 1717 Ole Larson Rd
• Smokey Point area — Lakewood Middle School and near Lowe’s Home Improvement
