Central Whidbey Island Fire & Rescue is offering FREE ACT First Aid training for our community. These hands-on classes teach simple but lifesaving skills including CPR/AED use, Narcan administration, and bleeding control.

No prior medical experience needed, just a willingness to learn how to help when it matters most.
