State Representative Dave Paul (D-Oak Harbor) sent out the following email from his campaign account on Mon., Aug. 29, 2022.

Dear Friends,

August 31 is a critical fundraising deadline. We know that outside groups want to flip our seat to roll back protections for the LGBTQ community, women’s reproductive health, and the environment. With just 10 weeks to go, these groups are sharpening their attacks. 

Let’s show those outside interests that we are serious about defending the seat—and the values that matter most to our community. 

As we reach the end of month, we are still $3770 short of our fundraising target.
