CONSENT AGENDA

The administration recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Consent Agenda as follows:

1. Donations.
2. Approve the Second Reading of Policy 3116 Students in Foster Care.
3. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Snohomish County School Districts and the Sno-Isle Technical Skills Center regarding Comprehensive Learning Needs Assessment  staffing.
4. Approve Professional Service Agreements and Contracts, as listed below:
   1. Blue Water Behavioral Consulting LLC, for student services, and
   2. Maxim Healthcare Educational Institution Staffing Agreement  for student services.
5. Approve the Maintenance Agreement with TK Elevator for service at Stanwood High School. (Agreement available September 6)
6. Approve the Assignment of Teachers Outside of Endorsement Area for the 2022-23 School Year.
7. Approve the Affiliation Agreement with Seattle Pacific University for accepting student interns, September 1, 2022, through August 31, 2025.
8. Approve the Affiliation Agreement with Central Washington University for accepting student interns for accepting student interns. (Agreement available September 6)
9. Approve the Personnel Consent Agenda, dated September 6, 2022.
