Began the day with an inspiring ribbon cutting for the new library in Langley. I could not be more appreciative of Sno-Isle Libraries and the wonderful staff and leadership who make sure our libraries are not just places to read but are the gathering places of our communities. Mayor Horstman called the library “Langley’s living room.”
Sno-Isle Libraries are key partners with Island County on everything from education and outreach to digital literacy and internet access. Hopefully I’ll have more pictures to come.
