Cadets: It’s a learning process

Whelp, we’ve got some work to do here.
It was our cadets’ first time learning how to get a patient on a backboard and we’ve identified some areas for improvement. Like what GENTLY means. And that we shouldn’t use the patient’s head to center them on the backboard.
It’s all part of the learning process. They’ll get the chance to improve these skills through LOTS of practice during the rest of the school year.
