CAMANO ISLAND: School Board election results certified; King and Snider neck and neck (SCN)

It’s official: Steve King and Phil Snider are moving on to the Nov. 7 general election in the race for the Stanwood-Camano School Board at-large position.

Election results from the Aug. 1 primary were certified Tuesday, Aug. 15, confirming that Satin-Deseree Arnett will not be moving on.

The three candidates were vying for the District 5 spot, which has been held by Natalie Hagglund since 2019.
