WHIDBEY NEWS-TIMES: Oak Harbor is proposing extensive mitigation measures as part of an application for dredging the city-owned marina.
BRYAN STUCKY: Between 2022 and 2025, we reduced the average utility rate per household from $221.43 to $199.06. However, it now appears that external factors may cause rates to rise again, with projections showing an increase to $209.40 in 2026.

CITY OF OAK HARBOR: Chipotle has only had one pre-application meeting with City staff, where engineers and the planning department assess the feasibility of the project in Oak Harbor. We have no further details or plans from Chipotle beyond that meeting.
