Central Whidbey Fire is participating with Whidbey Camano Land Trust in a perscribed prairie burn on Engle Road. This joint operation is helping with prairie restoration efforts for Whidbey Camano land trust, as well as providing valuable wildland training for Central Whidbey firefighters.
Please note, the area near the burn will be a little smoky with fire apparatus in the area.
