The Oak Harbor City Council held a special workshop meeting at 12:00 PM on Wed., July 31, 2024 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 865 SE Barrington St, Oak Harbor, WA 98277. The meeting was a study session for a capital projects presentation. Capital projects were discussed in the following areas:

- Fire Department (Funds 001.55 and 007.56)
- Police Department (Fund 001.50)
- Public Works – Streets, Arterials, Transportation Benefit District (Funds 101 through Fund 108)
- Public Works – Facilities (Fund 510)
- Public Works – Water (Fund 401 and 431)
- Public Works – Wastewater (Fund 402, 422, and 432)
- Public Works – Solid Waste (Fund 403)
- Public Works – Storm Drain (Fund 404 and 434)
- P & R – Marina (Fund 410 and 440)
- Parks & Recreation (Fund 001.70, 007.70 and 325)
