A Consultant presented council members with a Housing Action Plan at the April 20 meeting. The Plan outlines a strategy for addressing affordable housing for years to come. Councilmember Jim Woessner commented that “This (Plan) goes to show we are 10 years behind the curve, folks.” Emily Gilbert has the story which includes many relevant statistics concerning local housing.
