The Oak Harbor City Council issued a lengthy motion that contained a long list of grievances in support of their vote of no confidence in City Administrator Blaine Oborn. The motion came following a two hour closed door executive session attended by Grant Weed, former city attorney and Anna Thompson, former assistant city attorney. Mayor Severns, Administrator Blaine Oborn, and the City Attorney were not included in the executive session.

Councilmembers Munns, Servatius, Mack and Wasinger voted for the motion. Councilmember Hizon abstained stating that she thought “it would do more harm than good.” Councilmembers Goebel and Woessner were absent.
