Congratulations to our January Employees of the Month award winners!
Utsalady Elementary School psychologist Danielle Fogarty earned the Certificated Employee of the Month. She was nominated by a staff member who wrote in part that “whether she’s conducting assessments, writing detailed reports, or providing guidance and support to staff members, her work is always of the highest quality. She has a remarkable ability to offer thoughtful, actionable insights when working with students, and she consistently provides excellent ideas for how to better support students’ individual needs. Her responsiveness and understanding in working with families are also exceptional.”
Stanwood High School family liaison Karyn Schneider was honored as the Classified Employee of the Month. A staff member who nominated Karyn wrote how she “is passionate about what she does and cares about each and every student that comes to Stanwood High School. She is in a new position this year and has shown flexibility and determination as she navigates it. She goes above and beyond with her work and always shows up with a positive attitude, and is also willing to come in early or stay late to get things done.”
The Certificated and Classified Employee of the Month recognition program honors employees who have shown outstanding commitment and dedication to their work on behalf of students, families, and the community.
