A lot to unpack here! This is regarding the county NOT the city. Some of these ideas make a little more sense when dealing with a larger geographic area than city limits. Still what are your thoughts on:
Limiting short term rentals?
Having a designated spot for those otherwise unhoused to live in RV’s?
The proposed solutions would make changes in land use rules to increase housing availability locally
