DAVE PAUL: Celebrating World Teacher Day!

State Representative Dave Paul (D-Oak Harbor) sent out the following email from his campaign account on Fri., Sep. 30, 2022.

Friends, 

Yesterday was World Teacher’s Day. The engine of our economy starts with outstanding K-12, trade school, apprenticeship, community college, and university programs that generate living-wage jobs. I’d like to thank teachers and educators across the district for all they do for students and our community. 

You know how important education is me and my family, and I’m proud to be named the STEM Legislator of the Year. Here’s what Washington STEM had to say:

“Representative Dave Paul’s (10th LD) leadership in dual credit data reporting will result in evidence-based improvements for postsecondary readiness and for credential attainment…Dual credit is a key lever we can push in order to attain our goals to ensure Washington students are career- and future-ready.”
