DAVE PAUL: One day left!
State Representative Dave Paul (D-Oak Harbor) sent out the following email from his campaign account on Mon., Aug. 1, 2022.
Friends,
We are only one day away from the primary election, and I have one question for you: Have you voted?
If yes–thank you! We know voter turnout will be high this year, and with your vote we are one step closer to protecting women’s reproductive rights, addressing climate change, and keeping our community safe and healthy. But our work isn’t finished yet–can you find ten friends who haven’t voted and ask them to turn in their ballots?
If you haven’t voted yet–now is the time! For rural districts like ours, we recommend using a ballot drop box to ensure your vote is counted in time. You can find the one closest to you here.
We hope you can make our election night party Tuesday at 7:30! We’ll be gathering in the parking lot next to our office space (740 SE Pioneer Way). There will be food, drinks, and election results debriefing!
Tomorrow is also the cutoff for this fundraising cycle, so now is the time to make a last minute donation!
[Ed. Note: donation link omitted]
Thank you so much for all your support–we are excited to see all this hard work payoff in tomorrow night’s results.
As always, it’s an honor to serve.
Sincerely,
Dave
