Eat Local Month 2024 is right around the corner! We’ve got all the info on exploring Whidbey and Camano Islands’ farm and food scene.
.
Kicking things off is Camano CiderFest, and events at both of our Whidbey blueberry farms, Mutiny Bay Blues and Silva Family Farm.
.
Enjoy festivities during the month at 🌻Greenbank Farm Harvest Faire🌻Whidbey Farm and Market’s CornFest, and Whidbey Cider Festival at Greenbank Farm.
.
Take a class on flower arranging at Fainting Goat Farm, and pasta making at Wildly Beloved Foods.
.
And of course check out our new Farm & Food Trail! Maps are out now at Chambers of Commerce and participating businesses. Visit our online directory for farm and food adventures in 4 regions of Island County. Be a Hometown Tourist and explore a part of the island that you don’t normally see.
.
See the list of events here – whidbeyislandgrown.com/eat-local-month
.
Join us! There’s still time to join the Farm & Food Trail, request maps and a poster, or create an event. Reach out to us for assistance.
