SOUTH WHIDBEY RECORD: Three school levies proposed for Coupeville on February ballot

Three proposed levies totaling nearly $18.5 million passed a first reading by the Coupeville School Board. A second reading is scheduled for the November board meeting. The levies are for capital projects, school district technology and operations.

On the ballot this coming Tuesday – Coupeville School Board:

  • Position 2 – Nancy Conard vs Paul Rempa – Incumbent Venessa Matros not running
  • Position 3 – Sherry Phay – Incumbent, running unopposed
  • Position 5 – Ward Sparacio vs Morgan White
