The Voter Interests Project continues our Candidate Interviews 2024 series with interviews of candidates for State Representative, Position 2, from the 10th Legislative District. We invited Dave Paul (D-Oak Harbor) and Gary Wray (R-Coupeville) to participate in this year’s series, to give you insight into who these people are, why they are running, and what they hope to accomplish in office.
