State Representative Dave Paul (D-Oak Harbor) sent out the following email from his campaign account on Thu., Aug. 4, 2022.

Friends,

We did it! While we are still waiting for all of the votes to be counted, we are currently winning the Primary Election with 55% of the vote. I’d like to thank our dozens of volunteers, hundreds of donors, and thousands of voters who have supported our campaign. This puts us in a strong position to return to Olympia and continue our work to protect women’s reproductive rights, address climate change, and keep our community safe and healthy.

Over the next 13 weeks, we will be doubling our efforts and working hard to connect with residents, listen to their concerns, and earn their vote in the General Election.

We couldn’t have done it without you all. I’m excited to get back to win the General Election—and advocate for your concerns in the 2023 Legislative Session.

As always, it’s an honor to serve.

Dave
