Island County Commissioner Janet St. Clair (D-Camano Island), who is running for the State Senate seat from the 10th Legislative District, sent this email to supporters on Thu., July 18, 2024.

Your ballot should be arriving within the next few days! It all comes down to this moment, and I’m so honored to be on your ballot this year.

We knew that this campaign would be tough and that the Republican party would stop at nothing to protect the incumbent. Despite the long campaign hours, flood of outside spending to support my opponent, and the numerous challenges of running for elected office – I remain resolute in my fight to be a leader that shows up, listens, and gets things done for all of us.

Will you make a meaningful contribution today to support my campaign in this final stretch? [Ed. Note: donation link omitted.]

I will continue to be a champion for working families, for affordable housing and childcare, for accountability and transparency in hospital billing, healthcare, and prescription drug coverage. Thank you for your support of my vision, and your belief in this campaign.

Onwards,

Janet
