I was in Conway yesterday as they were gathering for the Back-to-School parade. Small town community caring at its best. Got to talk with some families and met a bilingual paraprofessional from the school. We chatted about my way-back history as a bilingual teacher and her work. My para was a critical element in my classroom. I will always support our schools, educators and kids.
