These comments were really unfortunate and out of step with our shared values. We have a lot of challenges as a community and people are struggling. At a time when most are longing for healing, it’s time for all of us to reject extremism and come together as a community, to choose grace, and look to the future for our children and our families. There is more we share than what divides us.
