- Description: The Town of Coupeville Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 10:00 am, virtually, to consider the following: SVAR-25-001: The Shoreline Variance is to raise a historic overwater structure located at 12 NW Front St. and modify and extend the deck on the west side of the structure. Copies of the proposal are available at Town Hall. The public is invited to attend this virtual hearing and provide comments. Written comments should be submitted to the Community Planning Director no later than December 12, 2025 at 4:30pm.
