COA-25-041 – Public Hearing

  • Description: The Historic Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 10:00 am to consider the following: SVAR-25-001: The COA is to raise a historic overwater structure located at 12 NW Front St. and modify and extend the deck on the west side of the structure. Copies of the proposal are available at Town Hall. The public is invited to attend this hearing and provide comments. Written comments should be submitted to the Community Planning Director no later than December 10, 2025 at 4:30pm.
