Topics of interest include: a presentation by the Island County Historical Society Museum regarding the acquisition of a piece of land (the “Johnson property” for an expansion of the museum; a resolution to share costs (up to $43,000) with the Whidbey Camano Land Trust (WCLT) so that WCLT can build a gravel parking lot at the Walking Ebey’s trail head; the approval of a contract (not to exceed $90,000) with Krieg Construction to demolish a cistern as part of the parking lot project; a resolution to update the Town’s Personnel Policy; and a resolution to update the Town’s fee schedule for pre-application conferences and fire inspections.
