The Island County Council of Governments meeting for July 2023. The Council of Governments is an eight-member board made up of the three county commissioners, the mayors from Oak Harbor, Coupeville, and Langley, and one port commissioner from the Coupeville and South Whidbey port districts. Regular meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of every month at 9:00 a.m. in the County Commissioners Hearing Room.
