Topics of interest include: a public hearing on Ordinance 1946, amending the comprehensive plan and the capital improvements plan; a public hearing on Ordinance 1944, amending the 2021-2022 biennial budget; discussion of design options for the Fakkema Access Project (including an alternative proposed by the U-Haul project developer); a presentation from Public Works on repairing sanitary sewers on the east side of the City; a vote on Resolution 22-01 amending schedule D (Marina fees) of the Master Fee Schedule (to increase Marina fees by 3%); and discussion of the Kirkendall Annexation request (for two lots on Swantown Road to be annexed into the city).
